Labor Contracts

Every employee in China is required to have a Chinese Labor Contract, English Labor Contracts are not valid in China. CCA-IM has standard templates that are aligned with China Labor Laws and may be customized to Client requirements. CCA-IM can help you develop your Labor Contracts, provide training to your HR team, and domestically execute your Labor Contracts with your staff.

 

Temporary Executive Management

It sometimes can be difficult to find the right management to lead your China operations. Managing your full-scale operations from ~7,000 miles away, in a different language, and 12+ hours behind is not effective.
